Trenton House Apartments restricts aggressive breeds of dogs from visiting and/or residing in our community. Whether full or partial of each breed, the list includes, but is not limited to: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Mastiffs, Pit Bull Terriers, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-hybrids. Other breeds may also be restricted at our discretion. Up to 2 pets are permitted per apartment, and all one-time fees and monthly fees will be charged per pet. Provision 2: If the animal urinates or defecates anywhere on our property, you will be responsible for immediately removing the waste and are subject to a fine if you do not immediately pick it up.
All forms or use of burning, lighted, vaporized, or ignited tobacco products and smoking of tobacco products inside any apartment, building, or interior of any portion of the apartment community is strictly prohibited. Any violation of the no-smoking policy is material and substantial violation of this Addendum and the lease contract.
